Chemyx has five different sizes of stainless-steel syringes. 6 ml, 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml and 200 ml. All of them have a 1/8 inch FNPT thread at the end as shown in the picture:
Chemyx high-pressure, stainless-steel syringes do not come with the connectors. Upon ordering your syringe pump please specify which fitting you will require. We offer the following syringe connectors:
1/8, 1/16, 1/4 Swagelok
3mm, 6mm Metrick and Luer Lock

Here is a stainless steel 1/8 inch MNPT adapter to 1/8 inch compression fitting as shown in the picture:
The fitting allows you to connect the 1/8 inch tubing to the syringe. A 1/8 MNPT adapter to 1/16 inch compression fitting for connecting 1/16 inch tubing, and 1/8 MNPT adapter to 1/4 inch compression fitting to connect 1/4 inch tubing. You can change the tubing fitting to other types of fittings as long as it has 1/8 MNPT at one end.
***IMPORTANT*** When unscrewing the fittings make sure to hold it (including the nut and body) upright to avoid dropping the back and front ferrule shown above.
