Information Collected

Our Service: We may collect personally identifiable information about you through our Service when you provide it to us, such as your name, phone number and email address. If you choose to purchase a product from us, we or our third-party payment processors will collect your payment information also. We delete all credit card information after 8 weeks. If you wish to reorder you must resubmit credit card information or explicitly instruct us in writing to keep credit card information on file.
