BOLT-ON HIGH PRESSURE SYRINGE PUMP
INFUSE & WITHDRAW MICROFLUIDIC PUMP
FOR ANY INSTRUMENT

Chemyx Fusion 6000X OEM module is a bolt-on high-pressure syringe pump module designed for integration into customer-made analytical instruments for dosing viscous solutions and semi-solid material against pressure with microfluidic pump precision. With the same specifications as the portable Fusion 6000X, the bolt-on Fusion 6000X OEM high-pressure syringe pump is configured with the following unique features: 700 lbs linear pushing force, add-on syringe heater, add-on pressure sensor, modular 4 syringe expansion rack, and priming bottoms. These features allow the Fusion 6000X OEM module to work against high back pressure while warming the syringe contents with pressure monitoring and control. Like other OEM modules, the Fusion 6000X OEM high-pressure syringe pump can be controlled by a computer via Teraterm or a customer-created computer program.

OEM Fusion 6000X High Pressure Syringe Pump
High Pressure, High Viscosity Infusion

The Fusion 6000X OEM high-pressure syringe pump is a plug and play module designed to deliver highly viscous fluids with microfluidic precision.  This system is designed to attach to analytical instruments, 3d extruders and electrospinning apparatus.  This system provides up to 700lb of linear force at reproducible flow rates via a state-of-the-art micro stepper motor.

OEM Fusion 6000X High Pressure Syringe Pump
Heating & Pressure Control

The Fusion 6000-X OEM high-pressure syringe pumps allow both heating syringe sleeves and a vacuum transducer pressure sensor to be attached to the system. The versatile Chemyx heated syringe system produces consistent results to reduce temperature and viscosity variations. The pressure monitoring technology and software are able to maintain a user-defined pressure throughout the infusion process.

Fusion 6000X High Pressure Syringe Pump
Heavy Duty Construction

High-tensile-strength, hardened-steel guide mechanisms with machined metal holders are incorporated into the Fusion 6000 -X high-pressure syringe pump to allow for high load operation while still ensuring finely tuned microflow dosing. Chemyx high-pressure electric syringe pumps last for years with an equipment value that is hard to match.

  • Machined metal design
  • Chemical resistant polypropylene coated screen
  • 2-year warranty
