BOLT-ON HIGH PRESSURE SYRINGE PUMP
INFUSE & WITHDRAW
MICROFLUIDIC PUMP FOR ANY INSTRUMENT

Chemyx Fusion 6000-X OEM module is a bolt-on high-pressure syringe pump module designed for integration into customer-made analytical instruments for dosing viscous solutions and semi-solid material against pressure with microfluidic pump precision. With the same specifications as the portable Fusion 6000-X, the bolt-on Fusion 6000-X OEM high-pressure syringe pump is configured with the following unique features: 700 lbs linear pushing force, add-on syringe heater, add-on pressure sensor, modular 4 syringe expansion rack, and priming bottoms. These features allow the Fusion 6000-X OEM module to work against high back pressure while warming the syringe contents with pressure monitoring and control. Like other OEM modules, the Fusion 6000-X OEM high-pressure syringe pump can be controlled by a computer via Teraterm or a customer-created computer program.

Fusion 6000-X OEM Syringe Pump
High Pressure, High Viscosity Infusion

The Fusion 6000X OEM high-pressure syringe pump is a plug and play module designed to deliver highly viscous fluids with microfluidic precision.  This system is designed to attach to analytical instruments, 3d extruders and electrospinning apparatus.  This system provides up to 700lb of linear force at reproducible flow rates via a state-of-the-art micro stepper motor.

Fusion 6000-X OEM Syringe Pump
Heating & Pressure Control

The Fusion 6000-X OEM high-pressure syringe pumps allow both heating syringe sleeves and a vacuum transducer pressure sensor to be attached to the system. The versatile Chemyx heated syringe system produces consistent results to reduce temperature and viscosity variations. The pressure monitoring technology and software are able to maintain a user-defined pressure throughout the infusion process.

Fusion 6000-X High Pressure Syringe Pump
Heavy Duty Construction

High-tensile-strength, hardened-steel guide mechanisms with machined metal holders are incorporated into the Fusion 6000 -X high-pressure syringe pump to allow for high load operation while still ensuring finely tuned microflow dosing. Chemyx high-pressure electric syringe pumps last for years with an equipment value that is hard to match.

  • Machined metal design
  • Chemical resistant polypropylene coated screen
  • 2-year warranty

How Do Chemyx Syringe Pumps Work?

A syringe pump is a small, positive-displacement pump used to gradually transfer precise volumes of fluid. Chemyx Fusion Series syringe pumps are all driven via a stepper motor. A lead screw, threaded through a pusher block, precisely turns the pump’s stepper motor. This causes the pusher block to move. The fluid ejects at an accurate […]

Common Reasons For Syringe Leakage

The components of even the most durable syringe will eventually fail. The most common symptom of failure may be leakage of your solvent from the syringe. The following are some common reasons for syringe leakage, as well as our recommended solutions. 1. Tip Connection The most common symptom of failure may be leakage of your […]

What To Do If Your Chemyx Syringe Pump Stalls

If you are starting to experience stalling issues with your Chemyx syringe pump system, there are a few questions to determine the root cause and get your motorized syringe pump working again. Does the pump stall without any syringes? If not, then the stall may have been caused by too much back pressure. Try using […]
