The Chemyx HP6 Ultra High-Pressure Syringe Pump is the most powerful, flexible and durable syringe pump on the market.  This system delivers more force than any other piston based pump system – with over 6 tons of pushing force.  Designed for the toughest applications from pilot plants, chemical synthesis, oil & gas, and plant based meats, this high-pressure syringe pump system provides constant flow under supercritical pressures.

Unlike most high pressure dispensing syringe pumps, the syringe cylinder on the HP6 is removable and swappable make this the most flexible system on the market.  Instead of having a syringe pump just for high or low pressure, simply swap a syringe cylinder and the system transforms from high flow to ultra high pressure modes or to different materials for chemical compatibility. Syringes also come in 6 sizes from 75ml to 1 liter.  Nitronic 50 is the standard material for cylinders, pistons, and caps, standard seals are graphite-impregnated Teflon, providing long life under harsh operating conditions while being easy to clean.

The dual lead screw design also dramatically increases service life of the HP6 system by distributing the force load across the platform.

The system has two configurations: single-pump or dual-pump. With the continuous valve system (CVS), the dual pump system will provide a continuous, constant flow operation mode.

High Pressure Accuracy & Reliability, Zero Pulsation

Chemyx HP precision syringe pumps give high pressure flow and pressure control throughout a broad operating range. Single piston syringe pumps can be metered with great accuracy and do not exhibit pulsation or flow anomalies, typically associated with reciprocating piston pump types.  With 2 pumps the HP6 can transform into continuous or flow or constant pressure modes of operation. Dual-pump operation offers continuous flow with no pulsation as low as 0.00001 mL/min and up to 20,000 psi of pressure.

Swappable Syringes, Easy Cleaning & Servicing

Highly flexible swappable syringes – one pump base system with a variety of changeable syringe barrels of different materials from Nitronic 316L to Hastelloy C276, and different sizes from 75ml to 1000ml resulting in pressure range from 3000 to 30000psi.  The syringe and syringe pump of this system are designed for easy cleaning and servicing – fast & simple disassembly of main pump system and syringe barrel/plunger for cleaning and seal replacement
