Single-molecule imaging of catalytic reaction using Chemyx Fusion 200 Syringe Pump

Goal : To investigate the reaction mechanisms of catalytic reactions in the microfluidic reaction cell.

The Fusion 200 syringe pump was used to infuse the reaction solutions into the microfluidic cell for single molecule imaging. The pump was set as a controlled, reproducible flow rate in the range of less than 1 μL/min to over tens of mL/min. In addition, a free programmable mode is included such as multi-step mode, easy link with Lab view and other programs. The pump is powerful and user-friendly.
