Orders may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. The date starts from the invoice date.
Customized products may not be returned.
All Chemyx products must be received packaged properly for shipment and without physical damage.
Contact us via email prior to shipping your system back as all returns must be issued a RMA number.
Returns Past 45 Day Policy
Returns past 45 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns past 90 days are not eligible for any refunds.

Provide the serial number and/or invoice number of your pump.
You can locate the serial number under the barcode on the back of your pump.
