The clamp that holds the Stainless Steel Syringe on the Fusion 6000 High-Pressure Syringe Pump requires for it to be positioned as illustrated in Fig 1 below for 6mL, 20mL, 30mL and 100mL. For 200mL or bigger the clamp needs to be flipped upsidedown as illustrated in Fig 2 below.
