The Fusion 6000X high-pressure portable syringe pump is designed for dosing viscous solutions and semi-solid material against pressure with microfluidic pump precision.

The Fusion 6000X temperature control syringe pump has the following unique features:

  • Priming buttons for easy syringe plunger adjustment
  • Modular 4 syringe expansion pack to increase syringe capacity
  • Add on a syringe heater to warm the contents of one syringe

The all-glass touch screen and heavy-duty mechanical structure, allow the Fusion 6000-X constant pressure syringe pump to be easy to clean and has high durability for industrial lab environments.

Max pressure depends on:

1)Size of syringe used – the smaller the area of the plunger the higher the pressure that can be generated
2)Viscosity of materials
3)Length of tubing – tubing length contributes to friction that will reduced overall maximum pressure

Theoretical maximum pressures are listed below based on syringe size.

6ml syringe – 4000 PSI
10ml syringe – 3000 PSI
20ml syringe – 1100 PSI
50ml syringe – 510 PSI
100ml syringe – 390 PSI
200ml syringe – 250 PSI
300ml syringe – 150 PSI

6mL(min) to 300mL(max) stainless steel and plastic syringes.

Any syringe that will fit into the racks, metal, plastic and glass.  However, glass syringes are not recommended due to the excessive force generated on the Fusion high pressure 6000X syringe pump which can easily crack the plunger or barrel.

A 4 syringe pressure expansion rack is available to expand the capacity of the system.

No. For this high-pressure syringe pump, there is only 1 pusher block for the single pump that can be operated at a set flow rate. Adding a 4-Syringe Expanding Infuse/Withdraw Rack For Fusion 6000X (syringe not included) will not increase the number of independent pumps.

A 2-Year Warranty* comes standard with all Chemyx programmable syringe pumps.

All Chemyx Pumps come with a built-in auto switching power supply that will support both 100v and 220v of electricity.

Heating & Pressure Control

The Fusion 6000-X high-pressure syringe pumps allow both heating syringe sleeves and a vacuum transducer pressure sensor to be attached to the system. The versatile Chemyx heated syringe system produces consistent results to reduce temperature and viscosity variations. The pressure monitoring technology and software are able to maintain a user-defined pressure throughout the infusion process.
