Fusion 4000-X OEM is a bolt-on microfluidic syringe pump module designed for integration into customer-made analytical instruments requiring precision flow functionality with removable syringes. With the same specifications of Fusion 4000-X syringe pump, the Fusion 4000-X OEM module is configured with dual motors and two independently controlled precision syringe pump channels that allow independent dual-rate, push-pull, pulseless, reproducible flow rates, and oscillatory flow requirements for difficult research applications such as lipid nanoparticles, microfluidic mixing, and microfluidic flow control in drug formulation applications. The capability of adding two dual-syringe racks allows the Fusion 4000-X OEM to hold four syringes. Like other OEM systems, the Fusion 4000-X OEM micro syringe pumps can be controlled by a computer via Teraterm or a customer-created computer program.
The Chemyx OEM bolt-on microfluidic pump is a perfect add-on to any instrument or apparatus and can draw minimal power from on-instrument power supplies. The OEM syringe pump can use any glass, metal, and micro-syringes. We also partner with equipment manufacturers to provide integrated OEM liquid handling solutions for a variety applications.

Our protocols are operating system independent meaning any OS from Windows to MAC OS to Linux are compatible and will allow users to program and customize flow profiles.
