The Chemyx HP6 Ultra High-Pressure Syringe Pump is the most powerful syringe pump on the market.  This system delivers more force than any other piston based pump system – with 6 tons (12,000lbs) of pushing force.  Designed for the toughest applications from pilot plants, chemical synthesis, oil & gas, and plant based meats, this high-pressure syringe pump system provides constant flow under supercritical pressures.

The system has two configurations: single-pump or dual-pump. With the continuous valve system (CVS), the dual pump system will provide a continuous, constant flow operation mode. The piston-driven pump module uses a single-speed gear train.

Syringes come in 6 sizes from 50ml to 1 liter.  Nitronic 50 is the standard material for cylinders, pistons, and caps, standard seals are graphite-impregnated Teflon, providing long life under harsh operating conditions while being easy to clean.

High Pressure Accuracy & Reliability, Zero Pulsation

Chemyx HP precision syringe pumps give high pressure flow and pressure control throughout a broad operating range. Single piston syringe pumps can be metered with great accuracy and do not exhibit pulsation or flow anomalies, typically associated with reciprocating piston pump types.  With 2 pumps the HP6 can transform into continuous or flow or constant pressure modes of operation. Dual-pump operation offers continuous flow with no pulsation as low as 0.00001 mL/min and up to 20,000 psi of pressure.
