The Fusion 100 and Fusion 200 Series have a wattage switch that allows the smart syringe pump to work in the US and Internationally. If you are in the US it should be set to 100V on your syringe pump as shown in Fig 1 below:
For International power sockets set your syringe pump to 220V as shown below in Fig 2:
