Standard shipping to the continental USA is FedEx Ground out of Houston TX. Please request expedited shipping or have us use your shipper’s account at time of purchase. We can also hold units at our facilities for private couriers or pickups in the greater Houston area.
FedEx Ground out of Houston TX reaches California, Illinois, Florida and New York usually in 3 business days.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from purchase. Shipping cut-off for same day shipping is 12PM Central Time.
For shipments over 80lbs, we can palletize products on request to save on shipping costs. Please note you will require a loading dock or forklift for freight shipments.
Orders may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. The date starts from the invoice date.
Customized products may not be returned.
All Chemyx products must be received packaged properly for shipment and without physical damage.
Contact us via email prior to shipping your system back as all returns must be issued a RMA number.
Returns past 45 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns past 90 days are not eligible for any refunds.

Invoices are sent with each order by the Chemyx Accounting team. If you need an invoice re-sent or copies of records, please contact 281-277-5499 or accounting@chemyx.com.
Sales tax is only charged when shipped within Texas. Otherwise, all other domestic orders will not include tax.
Texas universities are tax-exempt for any orders. If you are with a company located in Texas and have a tax exemption form, please send it to accounting@chemyx.com to be verified.
For international orders, VAT is not included on a quote unless requested.
To ensure a smooth customs clearance, please provide your VAT number if you have one. Otherwise, provide a reliable contact with their email address and phone number.
